Invisible Stressors

Invisible stressors are the less obvious, behind the scenes stressors that impact fuel levels throughout the day. Invisible stressors are things that pile up quietly until they feel big. These stressors are cumulative, not additive.

    to see—just like the
    clouds in the sky.

  • Even when the sun is out,
    there can be clouds high
    above. These high clouds

  • We experience bumpy
    flights when we feel
    cranky, tired, or have a
    hard time paying
    attention.
